Refund policy
At Curated By The Coast, each box is thoughtfully designed and carefully packed to ensure it arrives just as special as intended. Because of the personalized and perishable nature of our products, we’re not able to accept returns or offer refunds on curated boxes once they’ve been shipped or delivered.
That said, your happiness matters to us! If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or not as described, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right. Depending on the situation, we may offer: a replacement of the damaged or missing item, a partial credit or refund, or store credit toward a future order.
Non-Returnable Items:
Personalized items (with names, dates, or custom signage), Food and beverage items, Sale items or seasonal/holiday products.
How to Report an Issue:
- Email us at hello@curatedbythecoast.com within 3 days of delivery.
- Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if possible.
- Our team will review and respond within 1-2 business days.
